Kellee’s start in real estate with a national home builder taught her the importance of spending significant time with her clients. “The more time we spend together at our initial consultation, digging into what someone is really looking for, the happier the customer is in the end. Kellee’s consultative approach makes real estate all about her customers. She sees the service she provides as more than a transaction – “this is your home, your life, your memories. Kellee’s experience in homebuilding, starting in 2006, taught her the importance of building relationships, studying the ever-changing market, exceptional customer service, and the use of systems to keep her customers fully informed.
In 2011, Kellee began working in general brokerage, where she quickly became a successful part of her team. She is passionate about maintaining relationships with her clients and becoming your Realtor for life- your “go to” agent. Kellee is a native of Charlotte, has lived in many pockets of the area, and has called York County area home for 16 years with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Lilly and Conner. Kellee enjoys spending time outdoors, on the lake, is active in her community, children’s school and sports. Kellee is a licensed Realtor in both NC and SC and is a Certified Military Residential Specialist.
