Our Roots Run Deep In Real Estate
Jimmy Grappone joins Stephen Cooley Real Estate as a seasoned real estate professional having built a successful practice as an independent agent over the course of the past decade.
His two “Big Why’s,” for working in real estate are his family and his clients, and he joined the team at Stephen Cooley Real Estate in order to serve both at an elite level.
Jimmy was first licensed in Virginia in 2004-2005 as a recent graduate of the University of Virginia before exploring opportunities that took him to California and then the Carolinas.
Grappone worked in sales and marketing for several years before deciding to relaunch his real estate career in the Carolinas around the time he and his wife, Lauren, were married in 2013.
Jimmy always wanted his career to be impactful to other people, and he saw working with home buyers and sellers as an opportunity to do just that.
“From a young age, I had this feeling that I wanted to do something big and important with my life. That’s what led me to a career in real estate and to becoming involved in my local community through volunteer and charity work and serving on multiple boards in positions of leadership.”
Grappone’s Three Core Values for Real Estate are Education, Communication, and Coordination.
Education means explaining the real estate sales process before entering an agency agreement and guiding his clients through the transaction from start to finish.
Communication means keeping his clients informed about their real estate transactions every step of the way.
Coordination means having a team of professionals to lead administrative support and transaction coordination from client agency through closing.
Jimmy maintains ongoing relationships with his clients beyond the sale and he is their first point of contact for all things real estate: from vendor referrals to home improvement recommendations; from property valuations and more!
Grappone lives in Lancaster County in the Indian Land / Waxhaw area with Lauren and their toddler son, Lucas, and they are fortunate to have family living nearby. They recently lost their beloved dog, Jack, and look forward to finding their next furry family member in the near future.
Consider hiring Jimmy Grappone for your next real estate transaction in the Charlotte area and contact him for your agent referrals outside of the area. Grappone is a licensed REALTOR in North Carolina and South Carolina.
