Dale Loftis

Dale, and his family, (wife Christi, sons Grayson & Tanner) have been residents of York County since 2001. Dale has lived in the Carolinas since he was five years old. After being born in Washington, DC, his family moved to Lexington NC (BBQ capitol of the South) which is where Dale lived through High School.

Dale then went to the mountains of NC getting Degree in Communications & Marketing from Appalachian State University. After graduation he and his college sweetheart Christi were married and lived in Charlotte until 2001, and then made the move to Fort Mill, SC.

"York County and Fort Mill were very attractive to my family" says Dale. "it reminded me of the small town I grew up in, and I wanted my family to have that same kind of experience".

Dale's professional experience has all been centered around sales & marketing and in 2003 he began his career in Real Estate. Dale is licensed in both SC and NC and thoroughly enjoys his profession.

"My father told me a long time ago that if you find something you love to do for your career, you'll never work a day in your life and I'm happy to say that I have found that career!" says Dale. Dale has now been serving the real estate needs of the Mecklenburg and York County area for 10 plus years and has helped hundreds of people realize their dreams during that time span.
