The 4th Annual Tawba Fest will be held this Saturday, September 30th from 2-9pm at Rock Hill’s beautiful Riverwalk development.
Located along the shores of the Catawba River, Tawba Fest brings together the best in local craftsman, food vendors, musicians and fun activities for the whole family.
In addition to the many vendors and food trucks present, the main stage activities include:
- CrossFit Rock Hill will be conducting free workouts for the entire family from 2-4pm. Don’t worry if you have no experience in CrossFit! The workout will be mostly bodyweight movements that will be demonstrated prior to each heat so everyone can join in on the FUN! To participate in the fun you’ll want to bring the following:
- Bring plenty of water
- A towel
- Athletic shoes
- Workout Attire
- Signed waiver (we will provide waiver at Tawba Fest)
- Taste Like Chicken will open the entertainment from 5-6pm with 80’s, 90’s ROCK/Pop/Dance hits, sing-a-longs and Top 40 mix of everybody’s favorite music.
- The Jay Mathey Band will perform on the main stage from 6:45-9pm. Grounded in soulful rock and no matter the venue, from churches to colleges, roadhouses to the HOUSE of BLUES, Cafes’ to the HARD ROCK CAFE, every stage feels (to him) like home. When acoustic solo or accompanied by the full band, Jay’s strong hook-laden songwriting and strong baritone vocal captivate audiences winning new followers nightly
The Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group will be there as well with a tent, sharing real estate information and handing out prizes.
Everyone that stops by will have an opportunity to spin the wheel of prizes for a chance to win beach balls, t-shirts, backpacks, and for one lucky visitor, a kayak!
