In honor of National Puppy Day, our agents and staff want to spread the spotlight on one of our partner charities that help these furry friends find their forever home. The Humane Society of York County is a no-kill shelter that saves animal lives and helps place them with new owners. The Humane Society is not government funded and gets all help, volunteers, funds, and supplies from it’s donors. If you are looking for a fantastic charity to help THIS IS THE ONE!
Today, Mary Beth Knapp, a chairman of the Humane Society of York County, stopped by our office and let us play with just a few of their available puppies and to say that they were adorable is an understatement! These puppies, like all of the pets at the humane society, are playful, cute, compassionate, and yes wanted to give all of us kisses. These beautiful animals desire one thing: a forever home. On top of trying to spread the word of the amazing animals, we also wanted to provide Mary Beth with some of the much needed supplies they need to function on a daily basis. Our team with the help of Pet Supermarket, located on Cherry Road in Rock Hill, gathered hundreds of dollars worth of goods ranging from food, toys, litter, cleaning supplies, etc. If you or anyone you know would like to donate money, time, or supplies to the Humane Society please drop it off at there location, visit them online or by drop it off at one of our office located in Rock Hill and in Fort Mill.
