I’m Danielle Witherspoon. I was raised on a farm and believe in the beauty of hard work, being an expert in your field so you can best serve others, and being good to people. I believe that we are here to help one another and to develop into our best selves. I love anything that is self-improvement focused, real estate focused, and community focused.
How long have you been with the SCREG?
I have been a part of SCREG since December 3rd, 2019
How did you hear about the Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group?
I, of course, saw the billboards, but one day I was at lunch with a new friend in the area and she was telling me about how Stephen Cooley sold her condo that no one could sell. She said that she had it listed with other people, Stephen didn’t even reduce the price and sold it in less than a week. She went on to how wonderful everyone was, and that if she was selling again, she would use SCREG. Then my husband was at a BBQ and they were talking about real estate. One of the friends then commented that Stephen was his neighbor and just a great guy, and we should meet him. I felt like the universe was pulling me to the team. It’s been a wonderful fit.
What’s your favorite thing about being a part of this agent group?
There isn’t one thing I don’t like. I have great respect for everyone who works with the team, the way clients are treated is lovely, and we can sell some homes! One of the best aspects of the team is how everyone is like a family and very respectful to one another.
What makes the Greater Charlotte area a great place to live?
Charlotte is sweet like the south and just metropolitan enough to even make the city slickers happy. There is a place for everyone in the Greater Charlotte Area.
Are you from Charlotte or the surrounding area? If not, tell us where you’re from and how you came to Charlotte.
I am from Savannah, GA, and moved here when my husband got stationed at Fort Jackson in Columbia.
Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they?
I love to learn, workout, run, visit new cities, find new coffee shops, spend time with The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Good Morning Charlotte.
You have Diabetes, can you tell us how that factors into your day today?
I have been diabetic for going on 21 years. It is something that is so normal to me that I don’t think much about it anymore. I love to support other newer diabetics in their journey and be an example that even though people have things that they deal with daily, you can still have a beautiful life, and I do.
For 2018, what are you most excited about in the real estate market?
I am excited to be a part of SCREG. I know that we will be able to help people on the highest level and being a part of something that is bigger than just, little old me, is beautiful. I love being a part of this family.
