This was the first time I have sold a house as the house I sold I built and bought when I was 21. There are a lot of realtors out there but the best one to go with is Stephen Cooley! I have been with the SCREG since January 2016.
How did you hear about the Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group?
While working on the law side of real estate with Attorney Tracey Reynolds, I had tons of interaction with many of the team members of the Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group. However, to be completely honest, I have a relative within the group that continuously raved about Stephen and the team, and she really expressed her certainty to me that this was exactly where I needed to be – She was RIGHT!!
What’s your favorite thing about being a part of this agent group?
My favorite thing about this group is the relationships that I have formed, I truly feel like I have a second family that I know will be there for me whenever I may need them!
What makes the Greater Charlotte area a great place to live?
This area is a great place to live, in my opinion, because of our amazing central location! I think that it is awesome that we can travel to many beaches, beautiful mountains, the hub of Charlotte and into the city of Columbia – all in a few hours or less!
When you’re not busy helping your clients, what do you do in your spare time?
Most of my spare time is spent hanging out with my family/friends, DIY projects at my home and trying to get some relaxation moments in from time to time 🙂
Being that you’re from the area, do you feel that you are able to connect with clients easier?
I do feel like I can connect with my clients at a higher level as I can inform them on items about certain places that they likely wouldn’t know without being a native.
At SCREG we love our fur babies! You recently threw your German shepherd a 1st birthday, where did your inspiration come from?
Well I am slightly obsessed with my GSD puppy, Jagger.. some would say that he is spoiled (they may be right!) So, having him a birthday celebration was never a question – it HAD to happen! I searched Pinterest for fun, easy party ideas! We had so much fun!
For 2018, what are you most excited about in the real estate market?
I am just excited to be helping more families make moves and more people enjoy the benefits of home ownership! It is the best and safest investment and I want to help everyone that I can make it a reality for themselves!
