Tyler DiPretoro is a veteran Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group member and is now the host of a vlogging series on social media called ‘In the Town with Tyler.’ This series focuses on local charities, restaurants, real estate venues and more around the Greater Charlotte area. How did you hear about the Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group?
I grew up in Fort Mill so I have known about Stephen Cooley for a long time. His show and commercials have been on TV for years.

I love the sense of camaraderie and support that we provide each other.

The opportunity for employment, proximity to beaches and mountains, and the weather J
When you’re not busy helping your clients, what do you do in your spare time?
I love to work on my fitness to keep my mind and body healthy.
Where are you from and how did you come to Charlotte?
I was born in Providence, Rhode Island and moved to Fort Mill when I was 5. I have been here 21 years now.
Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they?
I love hiking, trying new and different foods, reading inspirational books, traveling and playing basketball.
What inspired you to start your ‘In The Town with Tyler’ series?
I was inspired to start the series from a convention in Charleston where an agent from California showed the group how he has been utilizing videography in real estate and it was a light bulb moment for me and I knew I had to go for it J
For 2018, what are you most excited about in the real estate market?
I am excited for sellers because they can get top-doll-r for the home quickly with us, and buyers can still take advantage of the low interest rates!
