MOVING TRUCK

One of the biggest stresses of buying and selling homes is the moving. The Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group understands this and we’ve got you covered! We’re happy to offer both our buyer and seller clients the Stephen Cooley Moving Truck (SC Moving Truck, LLC), free of charge! With 100 miles of use, 6 protective blankets, a hand truck, a 10′ ramp, and a full tank of gas, you’ll be ready to go with our amazing truck.  Hop on our moving truck’s schedule by emailing movingtruck@stephencooley.com or giving us a call at 803-985-1240.

**Proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a $200 credit card authorization is required to reserve the truck. The $200 will be released after the truck is returned. Drivers must be over the age of 21. Gas must be refueled before returning. Rental period is 24 hours. Truck is 10’6″. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.**

How Does It Work?

When you list your home with our team, you may choose to opt into our guarantee that we will sell your present home in the Charlotte or surrounding area at a price acceptable to you, or we will buy it.  Obviously, there are limitations and this program is not available for all homes.  Unlike the typical investor, our goal is NOT to own your home.  The reason we offer this program is to make sure we all have the exact same expectations BEFORE we start marketing your home.  We will market the home to buyers at its full market value and, if it sells, you get the benefit of the higher price.  It’s a win-win for you… If the market receives your home at any price higher than the guaranteed price we agree on, you get the benefit of the higher price.

How Does This Help You?

This means when you see a home that you like, you can immediately place an offer on it.  Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the Guaranteed Program, you may cancel.  No matter what happens, you know the absolute bottom line you will receive.

Does the Customer Have To Do The Guaranteed Sale Program?

No, this program is not for everyone.  Most of our home sellers choose to enter into a non-guaranteed listing agreement, but do want to know what the guaranteed price would be.

What Is My Guaranteed Price?

Once we complete a thorough on site examination of your home, a market analysis will determine the price.  Then based on the agreed price, we’ll lay the entire pricing structure BEFORE we start marketing your home.

Why Would We Offer This?

One of the biggest dilemmas when selling a home is deciding whether to hire a real estate agent or try to sell it yourself.  Hiring the wrong real estate agent is risky because your home could end up sitting on the market for a long time without an acceptable offer or you could be forced to sell and compromise your bottom line.  You could even end up owning two homes or none at all!!  Well, our Guaranteed Sale Program solves this dilemma.

Can The Seller Pick the Market Listing Price? 

Yes, but only as a traditional listing, not in the Guaranteed Program.
