    Transaction Coordinator 

    We are ranked #9 in the World for Keller Williams and #1 in North and South Carolina! Last year we sold approximately 550 homes and we are planning for significant growth this year. We have assembled a team of experts, each one is the best at what they do. Now, we are looking for an additional team member, a difference maker–in our closing department!

    We are looking for an individual that can rise to the challenge, provide excellent customer service, can show great attention to detail, possess systematic thinking, and is driven to help us reach our goals.     The preferred candidate will be a self-starter, always eager to improve, be results-oriented and possess a take charge attitude. This person in this position is responsible for taking the file from contract to close. Must have NC & SC real estate license, experience is a plus and a local candidate is ideal.

    Our team generates a HUGE amount of leads based on our reputation, results and lead generation efforts.  You need to enjoy creating, cultivating and referring those leads to the best agents in the business.  Skills include:

    • Ability to communicate and quickly build rapport
    • Strong follow up & follow through
    • Tech savvy & enjoy systems
    • Accountable & willing to learn

    Real Estate experience may be preferred for certain positions, and some will require obtaining a real estate license if you don’t have one already.
